Telstra Health has been recognised in the 2023 Australian Financial Review and GradConnection’s Top 100 Graduate Employer Guide, which lists the most popular companies in Australia among students finishing university degrees.

Telstra Health’s Graduate Program offers a 14-month graduate position enabling students who have recently completed a University degree to work across a variety of areas within the Telstra Health organisation, including software engineering, cyber security, finance, business analytics, strategy, advisory services and more.

Since launching in 2022, Telstra Health has supported 12 graduates through the Graduate Program. Upon completion of the Program, graduates may have the opportunity to apply for a full-time position at Telstra Health.

Telstra Health’s Head of People & Talent, Emma Brennan, said,

“Telstra Health has touchpoints across the entire spectrum of health, aged care and social services which means we can offer a truly valuable introduction to the different areas of digital health so that those who are new to or are passionate about the industry can better understand which area of digital health they’re most interested in.

“Our Graduate Program is structured to provide a wide variety of learning, development and upskilling opportunities, alongside continuous support from our talented People & Talent team. Our Program is designed to help create a more defined career path for people with an interest in improving lives through digitally-enabled care.”

As Australia’s largest provider of digital solutions and services to healthcare providers and governments across the care continuum, Telstra Health’s Graduate Program is an opportunity to join more than 1,500 people across 15 locations who have a shared vision of realising a connected and improved digital health experience for all, delivering value to patients and providers.

Emma adds, “We truly value all of the individuals that have joined our Graduate Program to grow their career and passion for digital health, and we look forward to welcoming more in the future.”

The Top 100 Graduate Employers Guide is a joint publication of the Australian Financial Review and GradConnection which matches close to 290,000 university graduates with leading employers across Australia. The guide shows where the strongest job opportunities lie, the industries in favour with young employees, and leading attitudes towards work and education.

Telstra Health was also a nominee in the ‘Most Popular Technology Employer award’ alongside Salesforce, Atlassian, Quantium and other technology organisations in the Top 100 Finalist 2023 annual awards hosted by GradConnection, Australian Financial Review and Seek.
