About Argus

Access to clear, reliable and secure patient information is an integral part of a functioning healthcare system. Our Secure Messaging solution is expertly designed to provide a safe, reliable and cost-effective way to exchange eHealth records across multiple software vendors in organisations of all sizes.

Argus automatically delivers correspondence into compatible clinical software solutions, removing the administration associated with maintaining a complete patient record. Operating in the background, Argus manages the complexities around encryption and decryption.

Key product benefits

Improved care team collaboration

A simple electronic message interface helps reduce the need to print, fax, post and deliver reports in person, reducing the risk of miscommunication due to poor handwriting or fax rendering.

Efficient communication

Patient information is sent and received quickly, with a clear audit trail to monitor status. Argus integrates with Australia’s leading clinical software solutions and with Microsoft Word.

Secure information exchange

Argus uses national infrastructure to exchange patient information securely and confidentially between subscribed providers, helping to lower the risk of a patient confidentiality breach.
