Key features

  • eNRMC-conformant medication tracking and reporting tools that support visibility across clinical workflows.
  • MedMobile gives care staff a single, up-to-date medication profile for each resident, viewable and updatable on a mobile device at the point of care.
  • MedPoint connects aged care facilities, prescribers and pharmacies in one electronic charting and pharmacy workflow.

Why Medication Management?

As the Aged Care Act raises the bar on documentation and compliance, the risk of paper-based medication processes has never been higher. Medication Management brings charting, administration and pharmacy communication into one connected workflow.

Medication Management supports clearer communication between care staff, pharmacists and GPs. Staff work from the same record — whether they’re dispensing, at the nurse station or bedside.

    Clinical Manager

Medication Management works with Clinical Manager to connect clinical and medication information in one resident record. Medication charts, allergy information and observations captured at the point of administration flow directly into Clinical Manager, with no double data entry across workflows.

Observations are linked to resident baselines, helping care teams stay across changes in condition. Prescribers and pharmacy also have visibility of administration records, supporting connected oversight across the care team. PRN effectiveness workflows are built in, supporting documentation of medication responses.

Medication Management includes MedPoint and MedMobile. Telstra Health’s broader residential aged care portfolio also includes Resident Manager, CareKeeper and Message Manager.
