The nomination deadline for the 2022 Brilliant Women in Digital Health Awards has been extended to Monday 20 June, 5pm AEST, to provide more time for people to finalise their nominations.

Now in its second year, the awards once again seek to recognise and celebrate the achievements of 25 women in Australia’s digital health sector for achievements in health and aged care.

  • Recognising and celebrating the achievements of 25 women in health and aged care 
  • Connecting, sharing, inspiring and celebrating 
  • Nominate yourself or someone you know by completing the online nomination form.

The final 25 women will be selected by the judges based on the following broad criteria which recognises:

  • technical expertise or contribution, with significant impact, in the health sector, aged care sector, or health and medical research sector
  • emerging leaders influencing or being accountable for digital transformation.
  • making a positive impact supporting other women in the sector through mentorship or upskilling
  • nominee has demonstrated innovation in developing unique solution/s to address problems or opportunities
  • impact and influence in the digital industry – we want to hear about the work you do within your organisation and in the broader digital community
  • success in establishing and / or championing a digital vision or innovation.

Nominations are open to women at all stages of their careers, representing diverse areas of the health and/or aged care sectors.

Eminent judges from across the health and aged care sectors will select the 25 award recipients, which will be recognised at events in capital cities in October.
