Telstra Health is committed to gender equality and continuously working to improve our gender pay gap.

We have implemented initiatives to address disparities, increase female representation in leadership and technology, and ensure our remuneration practices remain fair.

A number of policies and initiatives we have in place are as follows:

  1. 16 weeks of paid gender-equal parental leave
  2. Flexible work arrangements
  3. Hybrid ways of working
  4. Location agnostic roles
  5. Transparent remuneration processes
  6. Internal surveys relating to gender pay equity
  7. Gender-neutral language in job advertisements to support equitable hiring
  8. Detailed gender pay analysis to inform annual remuneration review decisions

It’s important to note that while as an organisation Telstra Health is included in the Medical and other Health Care Services group, our mix of technology, software, customer, and service-based operations makes direct comparisons challenging.

We recognise there is more to do and remain committed to closing the gender pay gap through ongoing reviews, appropriate pay transparency, and targeted improvements across our workforce.
