Mobile Care Worker is a smartphone application that works with Home Care Manager to help eliminate manual paper-based processes. It includes visit information, automatic alerts and timesheet confirmations, and allows workers to record variations to completed tasks and outcomes on site.
Mobile Care Worker allows staff to view consumer care plans and record progress notes during a visit, and includes consumer and family contact details.
GPS pinpointing enables coordinators to confirm that a worker has arrived at the correct visit location, and will help locate staff in the event of a raised alert.
At the end of a visit, consumers are given the option to confirm that they have received quality care by signing the care worker’s handset. This signature is then electronically transmitted back to Home Care Manager, and is stored against the visit to provide valuable quality reporting for both the business and the consumer’s family.
