A collaborative approach to support better patient outcomes

Our virtual outpatient solution enables equity of access to a range of specialist consultants, providing resource management, credentialing and coordination to streamline the administrative burden associated with referral management, appointment scheduling and delivery.

Telstra Health can provide delivery models to suit both episodic, continued and outpatient care. This provides a more cost-effective, convenient and satisfying experience, for the client, clinician and patient.

Our platform enables health services to connect and communicate with patients in
contemporary ways to keep them informed and involved in their care, as well as
streamlining the administrative burden associated with referral management,
appointment scheduling and appointment delivery.
